Terry serviced our tankless today and was just stellar! He was so professional, polite, genuinely kind and explained everything in detail as he was working on the flush. John is a wonderful person and runs a great company. The plumbers are topnotch they show attention to detail. The work is guaranteed and the prices are absolutely amazing. He doesn't try to fleece his customers. He is receptive and his clients can trust him. I do not like talking to the receptionist because she can be abrupt but I'm willing to because of John and is plumbers are the best around.

Raleigh Heating and plumbing did an excellent job installing our tankless water heater as well as a standalone utility sink; Their service technicians should be commended for their expertise and excellent work. I would highly recommend to others looking to install a tankless water heater current rebates up to $800 are in effect till 2032

Raleigh Plumbing was awesome. I had received a “quote” from another plumber for replacing an Insinkerator and leaking faucet for over $1,900 which was just insulting. After sending them on their way, I called Raleigh Plumbing and Jessica was so helpful. Without the need for a service call to my house, they gave me a very reasonable standard price for replacing the insinkerator and also asked for a picture of the leaking faucet so they could order the correct one. That’s when Jessica noticed that the faucet was a Moen and had a lifetime warranty and could be replaced for just the cost of labor. Jessica ordered the faucet for me no problem. They were here today and completed both jobs expertly in just about one hour. Raleigh Plumbing is legit and I will definitely use them again if I ever need anything. 10 out of 10!

I found Raleigh Plumbing & Heating after cautiously contacting a long list of plumbers. I immediately felt comfortable with the owner (I can’t recall his name). He patiently answered all of my questions as I was nervous after an attempted rip off earlier that day. The gentleman he sent to my home on 9/23/24 was AMAZING! He was kind, knowledgeable, and quick. He was super personable and respectful. This company has the best plumbing prices around and they will not try to rip you off. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Terry did a fantastic job. Installed a kitchen faucet, fixed a leak, checked the crawl for a leak, and replaced some parts on a tub. A professional. Went above and beyond to keep job site clean, and communicated everything we needed. Thank you!
